Drop into nature and explore within. Discover stillness while on an adventure. In the pause from day-to-day life, there is an opportunity to rest, heal, and surrender to joy.
Join us on a women’s retreat filled with yoga and meditation, delicious plant-based food, incredible beaches, spa treatments, adventure in nature, and plenty of time to relax and restore. Together we will connect, reflect, and chill. Under the unique guidance of a mother and daughter team, Montie Sommers and Lauren Gaglione, you will deepen your knowledge to further your yoga and meditation practices and have opportunities for healing and growth in a nurturing and intimate group environment. Having both practiced since 2001, Montie and Lauren share a strong passion for yoga’s ability to create awareness in body and mind and be our best tool for self-knowledge. They also share the rare and unfortunate experience of losing their husbands unexpectedly and at a young age. Their yoga and meditation practices have evolved through their grieving, processing trauma, and finding their way from darkness to light, honoring every step of the arduous journey. Teaching tools for surviving, grounding, healing, growing, nurturing, shifting, redirecting, listening, and finding joy is the foundation of their classes. And on a retreat, Montie and Lauren both enjoy the opportunity to honor nature as a vital component to our personal growth and health. This retreat will incorporate Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, Yoga Nidra, Reiki, Chakra Balancing, and Wellness Coaching. |
