This retreat is designed for any individual searching for a deeper source of creative inspiration and a direct channel into true intuitive healing. This is a rare and unique opportunity to tune out of the hustle and bustle of daily life, put down the comparisons and tune into the true calling of your own inner artist and/or creative.
Each day we will utilize the divine magic of all of our senses to tap into our inner wells of creativity and healing. By exploring creative blocks and easing areas of physical stagnation and emotional heaviness, we will weave true healing into our creative and self care practices.
Through movement, meditation, art, journaling and thoughtful discussion we will collectively create individual pieces of art and we will cap the week with a large communal art project during our closing celebration.
Each day we will wake up to the sound of the jungle, breath and move our bodies. The morning will begin with meditation and movement as well as a guided art journaling class. The afternoons will be spent at the beach gathering information, while the nights will be spent learning intuitive art, consuming delicious food and celebrating life with new friends.
Our space during the retreat is graciously hosted by the beautiful Costa Rica Yoga Spa. This Jungle Lodge is located at the top of a mountain with views of Ostional National Wildlife Refuge and the Pacific Ocean.
Retreat packages for the week include multiple room accommodations. On the main floor are comfortable quad-shared accommodations that have two bunk beds each, a separate desk, with a sitting area and separate closets for each guest. These rooms open up to an ocean view veranda with hammocks ideal for viewing sunsets. The shared bathrooms are modern, very spacious, and environmentally friendly. The private upstairs suites offer spacious, covered patio balconies with spectacular views—a perfect place for you to greet the day.
The Jungle Lodge complex includes hiking trails, permaculture garden, a delightful dipping pool overlooking the ocean and jungle canopy, a poolside lounge area, and plenty of hammocks for down time.
