"You have all created a magical place there and the love that you put into it emanates from every beam and post. You were such thoughtful hosts and we felt so lucky to be there...I found the awareness and appreciation I was looking for as well as some time to write. By the end of the trip I could find beauty in every single thing, from the expanse of jungle surrounding us to the garden hose hanging by the pool. This fast-paced life makes it so difficult to notice things and I'm having a tough time "keeping up" since being home..."

It's hard to tell what was the most memorable, the yoga classes were exceptional, the horseback riding and swimming in the waves and the surfing were all great. "The week I spent at Costa Rica Yoga Spa in May 2010 was wonderful! I loved everything about my trip. The Spa is located on a hill in the rainforest near the Pacific Ocean. My room with private balcony was beautifully decorated and had a view of rainforest and ocean. The yoga teacher Monika was first-rate and tuned into my specific needs. She also gave me two incredible Thai Yoga massages. While doing yoga in the open-air yoga pavillion you overlook the beautiful scenery and ocean and listen to the howler monkeys.

My hosts were generous and accommodating. The vegetarian meals were delicious and prepared by talented cooks. I had plenty of time for other activities. I observed monkeys several times near the Spa, had a surfing lesson that was very exciting, went swimming in the waves a few times, and went horseback riding along the gorgeous beaches. I definitely want to go back there again!"

"I had such a magical time at the Costa Rica Yoga Spa!! From the sunrises and sunsets to the amazing people of Nosara. Jill and Ben were so welcoming and helpful in showing me around the beautiful town of Nosara. My 25th birthday was truly a blessing. Monica was so kind and made the yoga experience one of the best birthday presents a girl could ask for with the rising and setting sun during our beautiful yoga sessions.

The food was fresh and delicious and made me feel healthy and revived. There is so much to do in that great town of Nosara where rarely you pass anyone and they don't respond with a friendly hola!

Of course, I will be back! Nosara is simply Pura Vida. The time spent in Nosara, Costa Rica has marked a special place in my heart.
