support you in your yoga practice, both on and off of the yoga mat.
Nestled in the jungle, overlooking the Pacific Ocean, you will find the edge of your physical existence through asana practice; the edge of your subtle self as we explore daily meditation and reflective contemplation; and new edges of your professional ability to guide others in creative and inspiring ways.

The 200 RYT Yoga Teacher Training gives you the proper foundation for teaching yoga. It prepares you to teach safely, teach confidently and teach knowledgeably. You will learn the basic principles, essential elements and inner awareness to grow your understanding and your practice of yoga. The 200-hour yoga teacher training is true immersion at its finest. Upon completion of this training, you will earn a 200 RYT Certificate and be eligible to continue your education with the advanced yoga teacher training programs.
