The path to which one becomes a yoga teacher is both unique and personal and the programs offered at Costa Rica Yoga Spa are flexible and designed to meet your personal and professional needs.

Each instructor's yoga teacher training program is registered through the Yoga Alliance and are formulated to meet the Yoga Alliance requirements to be certified at the 200-hour level.

The 200 RYT Yoga Teacher Training gives you the proper foundation for teaching yoga. It prepares you to teach safely, teach confidently and teach knowledgeably. You will learn the basic principles, essential elements and inner awareness to grow your understanding and your practice of yoga.

The 200-hour RYT is a true immersion at its finest. Upon completion of this training, you will earn a 200 RYT Certificate and be eligible to continue your education with the advanced yoga teacher training programs.
