Sun, Surf and Yoga Retreat



Join us for a week of sun, surf and yoga in beautiful Nosara, Costa Rica. This package includes an amazing opportunity to explore two traditions that complement and enhance one another. We provide first class professional and fun surf instructors who will have you going down the line in no time. Daily yoga classes focus on balance and strength while counterbalancing key areas and cultivating the mindfulness and embodiment needed to successfully and safely negotiate a wave. This retreat is designed for all levels of surfing and yoga.
