LeeAnn Mallorie is the Founder & CEO of Leading in Motion (www.leadinginmotion.com).
LeeAnn helps leaders and organizations bring their big visions forward by truly walking their talk. She has over twelve years of experience as an executive coach, speaker, and dynamic meeting facilitator.
LeeAnn is passionate about helping innovators - especially women - level up their leadership and steward initiatives that serve the greater good. Her women’s program “Be the Change” bridges the gap between leadership and resilience.
Early in LeeAnn’s career she experienced how hard it can be to truly innovate. She was a passionate young visionary who saw the bigger picture working in an organization that was happily and ‘effectively’ operating the same way for over twenty-five years. She founded Leading in Motion after the tension between her inner knowing and the organization’s willingness to evolve became too great. She’s been helping leaders create positive disruption in their industries ever since.
LeeAnn now works with a wide range of companies from non-profits and NGOs to innovative start-ups and large, publicly traded organizations. Organizations impacted by her work include Nasa, Mattel, M&T Bank, Capital One, Zymergen, InstaMed, Navair, and the Clark Foundation. LeeAnn is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Masters of Applied Positive Psychology program, and is a trainer for The Strozzi Institute and Thrive Global.
Outside the workplace, LeeAnn draws on a lifetime of study in dance, music, and somatics to create beauty and community. She is a collaborative voice improviser, solo dance performer, certified Sound Healer, Nia Technique Instructor and Dancing Freedom Facilitator.
"LeeAnn’s coaching style is very direct yet compassionate. Through her coaching, I learned the real meaning of empathy and opening my heart while improving my work life balance. She also helped me in defining the leader I most want to be, re-sparking my passion, and gearing up for a role change."
