Costa Rica Yoga Spa Policies
RESERVATIONS
After we have confirmed availability, we require a 50% deposit to be paid with wire transfer. The balance is due 45 days prior to your visit.
Rates are subject to Costa Rican Tourism Inst. Tax of 13%.
All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
If you experience any difficulties reaching us, please try later. Our phone, fax and/or internet service may be down temporarily due to our location.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check in at Costa Rica Yoga Spa is at 2:00 p.m. Please let us know ahead of time if you will be arriving after 5:00 p.m.. Check out is at noon. For early morning departures, please check out the night before. For payment of any balance due and extras incurred, we accept cash, Visa and Mastercard.
GRATUITIES
Gratuities are not included and are always appreciated by our staff.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We do recommend that you contact your travel agent to purchase travel insurance in the event that you need to cancel or change your travel plans. This insurance will give you peace of mind and protect your investment against unforeseen professional and private circumstances that might arise.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
A full refund, less a $100 processing fee, will be offered for cancellations made on or before the close of business, 45 days before each program. You may choose another retreat within a year of your cancellation to avoid the processing fee. No refund will be offered for cancellations made with less than 45 days notice, if you do not show up or if you leave a program early. We do suggest Travel Insurance for your protection against any unforeseen situations.
RESPONSIBILITY
Costa Rica Yoga Spa reserves the right to cancel any program at any time; if Costa Rica Yoga Spa cancels a program, you will receive a full refund for your retreat. Costa Rica Yoga Spa reserves the right to substitute lecturers if necessary.
Please note that Costa Rica Yoga Spa reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any booking made for a customer. Costa Rica Yoga Spa also has the right to decline acceptance or to retain any customer if it appears that such person(s) is likely to endanger the health or safety or impair the comfort and enjoyment of others at the retreat. We do NOT accept responsibility whatsoever for the actions of third party suppliers of services. Any hotel, transportation and/or service arrangements made directly by the traveler are done so at their own risk. The customer accepts full responsibility for losses and expenses due to the delay, sickness, weather, strikes, war, quarantine or acts of God, which are not preventable by reasonable diligence. Please ask your reservation agent for any and all clarifications regarding this policy.
INTERNET ACCESS
We provide free broadband internet access and offer two computers for our guests to use.
