Q. What is included in the cost of Yoga Teacher Training?
A. It includes all class instruction, a comprehensive manual, accommodations, three healthy meals a day and use of the facilities.
Q. Are there a lot of bugs?
A. No, we don't have lots of bugs, notwithstanding being in the tropics.
Q. Do you accept U.S. dollars?
A. Yes, we accept U.S. dollars, M/C and Visa. No Traveler's Checks, please.
Q. Do you need any immunizations?
A. Not necessary.
Q. How about the water?
A. Our water here is from an artesian spring fed well and is of the purest quality.
Q. How do I call home?
A. You can purchase Costa Rican calling cards at the supermarkets in the area, if you are not set up to make or receive International calls on your cell phone.
Q. How can I be reached in case of an emergency?
A. Our phones will be available 24 hrs a day for emergencies.
Q. Is there internet service at our retreat?
A. Yes. We have WiFi and 2 computers available for your use.
Q. How do I get to Nosara?
A. You can fly into either San Jose or Liberia, which are both International Airports. The Liberia Int. Airport is only 2 1/2 hrs from Nosara and requires a private cab, a flight by Nature Air natureair.com , or you may rent a car, making your reservations in advance.
The San Jose Int. airport is a 6-hr bus ride thebusschedule.com , or 5 hrs. by rental car or a 40 minute flight by Nature Air natureair.com, located at Pavas Airport, 30 minutes from San Jose Int. Airport, or Sansa Airlines flysansa.com, located at San Jose Int. Airport.
