Q. What is included in the cost of Yoga Teacher Training?

A. It includes a comprehensive manual and use of the facilities.

Q. Do I have to practice Yoga?

A. No. There are many activities available for you to choose.

Q. Can I just surf?

A. Of course you can. We have one of the most consistent waves on Earth. Lots of surfers stay here due to our close proximity to both Playa Guiones and Playa Ostional.

Q. Do you accept U.S. dollars?

A. Yes, we accept U.S. dollars, MasterCard and Visa. We do NOT accept American Express or Traveler's Checks.

Q. Do you need any immunizations?

A. Not necessary.

Q. How about the water?

A. Our water here is from an artesian spring-fed well and is of the purest quality.

Q. How do I call home?

A. You can purchase Costa Rican calling cards at the supermarkets in the area, if you are not set up to make or receive International calls on your cell phone.

Q. How can I be reached in case of an emergency?

A. Our phones will be available 24 hrs a day for emergencies.

Q. Is there internet service at our retreat?

A. Yes. We have WiFi service available in the office, Jungle Lodge and Yoga Rancho areas.

Q. How do I get to Nosara?

A. You can fly into either San Jose or Liberia, which are both international airports. The Liberia International Airport is only 2 1/2 hrs from Nosara and requires a shuttle, private cab, or you may rent a car, making your reservations in advance. The San Jose International airport is a 6-hour bus ride, or 5 hours by rental car or a 40 minute flight by Nature Air, located at Pavas Airport, 30 minutes from San Jose International Airport, or Sansa Airlines, located at San Jose International Airport.
