Jessica is very passionate about living an active lifestyle through movement & health. She is a Yoga Instructor certified through a Yoga Alliance approved course-the Yoga & Lifestyle Training Program as well as a Registered Massage Therapist.
She has a passion to lead Yoga & Wellness Retreats to provide people with an environment to become immersed in yoga and healthy lifestyle teachings; to be able to grow from and live inspired to become your best self with a lifestyle based around these practices. She aspires to live fully present in this one body she has been given, enjoying it to its full capabilities and honouring it through out the activities of life; she hopes to inspire others to do the same.
Through living whole heartedly, always seeking adventure, living mindfully with a heart to help others she finds a balance allowing her to live fully alive. Cooking nourishing foods, family love, travel, writing, the mountains and her dog..oh and wine..are a few things that nourish Jessica's soul.

Brenda has, with much gratitude, enjoyed her connection to yoga and meditation for many years. Brenda has a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. She has a private practice where she provides Individual Psychotherapy and Relationship Counselling. Brenda has integrated these disciplines of yoga & meditation into her daily life and also offers them to others through teaching the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Program at home in Kelowna.
Brenda is very excited to help each of you discover how meditation can help you draw on your inner resources to create healthy balance in your life, to heal, to experience resiliency and renewal, and to take good care of yourself.
