Sarah Plummer serves and inspires others through health, happiness, love, and a sense of deep purpose. She has practiced yoga for more than a decade and is a Yoga Alliance 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, a certified Holistic Health Counselor, five-time US Military Olympic athlete, former Marine Corps Intelligence Officer, and a graduate of the University of Virginia where she studied Sociology and Religion. She is also a survivor of many things and has “walked the talk” when it comes to living life fully despite setbacks; she desires to equip others to do the same with her work. Sarah Brown, RYT-200, and certified CrossFit Coach. As the wellness director for Soldier 360, Sarah travels the globe inspiring Active Duty Military members and their families to live their lives to the fullest. With certifications in Military Fitness, CrossFit, Yoga and as a Life Coach, Sarah brings a holistic approach to each of her engagements. Sarah is known for her lighthearted approach to all movement and the simplicity and enthusiasm she brings to her classes.
Sarah Teddy’s passion and enthusiasm for the practice of yoga shines through the minute you meet her. Initially inspired by Ashtanga yoga, Sarah completed her first 200hr YAC training in 2008, completed a YAC master’s course in 2010 and, soon after, formally began training instructors. Inspired by the idea that anyone can (and should) do yoga, Sarah turned her studies to therapeutic yoga in 2012, completing a yearlong training to teach yoga to cancer survivors. She has received dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Health Psychology and Human Development from the University of Vermont where she became a strong believer in the mind and body connection. Sarah is currently a partner in the wellness firm, Nomad Yoga www.nomad-yoga.com a group that is bringing Yoga into new environments — from hospitals to corporate settings. Her inspiration lies in helping others create healthier habits, behavioral changes, and improved mind/body awareness. Sarah’s teaching style is upbeat, lighthearted and fun. She strives to lead a class in which individuals of all levels and yoga backgrounds feel comfortable and able to develop their own personal practice.
