Disconnect from work and responsibilities to reconnect with yourself. Daily asana and meditation. Zip lining tour and waterfall hike. Free time for self-discovery, journaling, relaxing.
Disconnect from work and routine and reconnect to yourself. Join Alyssa Arroyo and Cynthia Gamarra as they guide you through daily meditation and asana practice in beautiful Nosara, Costa Rica. Don’t worry about planning anything, it's all taken care of! Mornings will start with a led meditation and asana practice, followed by a vegetarian and/or vegan friendly breakfast.
Each day will be filled with a variety of activities. Adventures include Zip lining through the jungle canopy, a guided trip to some favorite local spots on the “Mystery Tour” guided by a local, and a Waterfall Hike, where we will visit and swim in beautiful natural springs.
Look forward to beach picnics, meeting new friends, and of course free time for journaling, meditation, exploring the nearby town, taking advantage of spa treatments offered on site, or simply taking in the natural beauty all around you.
Let go of your doubts and fears and learn to fly (or at least start to spread your wings) in an Inversion Workshop, where we will break down some of your favorite upside down asanas and arm balances!
In the early evening, before dinner, join Alyssa and Cynthia for a second yoga asana practice. After dinner wind down and relax, either alone or with your yogi companions, before catching some sleep in the beautiful shared or private rooms.

Cynthia L. Gamarra
Cynthia Lorena Gamarra, RYT, is a full time yoga instructor living in New York City. She is known for her lighthearted attitude while teaching, her attention to detail/focus on alignment, and for encouraging her students to dive deep into self inquiry as they explore their edge. She currently teaches alignment-based vinyasa yoga and offers classes and workshops across Long Island, Manhattan, and Brooklyn, and leads international retreats. She is a registered yoga teacher (RYT) through the Yoga Alliance, and is apart of the Kripalu Yoga Teacher’s Association (KYTA). With an interest in studying positive psychology and Bhakti traditions, healthy and positive living is not only a priority in her personal life, but in her teachings as well.
Alyssa Arroyo (500 hour RYT) lives and teaches full time in New York City. Her teachings draw from a background in Vinyasa yoga and the Moksha hot yoga practice. Alyssa focuses heavily on alignment with the intention that the practice can be sustained for an entire lifetime. Aware of how stressful city life can be, she believes the Asana practice should both challenge you and establish a balance that leaves you feeling nourished and stable. She is a firm believer that yoga can help us change the way we see our own life as well as the way we treat ourselves, and others.
